Samuel Quartey- Head of Organization          
A lecturer and director of animation for 13 years. Samuel is the festival director and workshop coordinator of the African Animation festival.  A graduate of the National Film and Television Institute,(NAFTI) Ghana and Bournemouth University, UK. He was a member of the Pedagogical Committee of Animated Africa, a UNESCO Animation Direction Training Workshop in Nairobi, Kenya in 2004 In March 2007 he organized an animation and digital media workshop with Fourah Bay College, Sierra Leone. Samuel is a member of the International Animated film makers Association. ASIFA

Salamatu Yakubu - Project Coodinator
Salamatu is a digital video editor and a director of animation. A graduate of National Film and Television Institute, (NAFTI)Accra. She has built her career-working freelance with Postproduction houses in Ghana and has an interest in story development and storyboarding. She as a good marketing background. She has to her credit 3 animation films and has edited short television drama and commercials. 

Frank Tetteh - Course Co-ordinator, Toonskool
Frank has directed 4 animation films and a number of public service animations. An experience hardware and software technician with good working knowledge in digital audio visual set ups, a web designer and a networking techinician. He is a skilled animation director in stop motion and digital animation. A graduate of National Film and Television Institute, Accra. (NAFTI)He coordinated the experimental workshop in July 2007.

Emmanuel T. Mensah – toon festival Co-coordinator
Emmanuel is a skilled animation director in stop motion and digital animation. A graduate of National Film and Television Institute, Accra,(NAFTI)He was an assistant workshop coordinator of African Animation festival, Accra. He has directed two short animation productions.Good working knowledge in apple mac setups.Has worked as a post production video as a graphic artist on the PSI educational programme for television.
